I have the honour to report with regret that
Mr. T. H. Martin, Superintendent of Registration and Parcels Branch of the Post Office in this Colony died in the Government Civil Hospital on the 4th. August the cause of death being
cirrhosis of the liver.
As Mr. Martin's widow and children are

resident in this Colony I considered unnecessary to send you this
information by talegraph.
